On Tuesday 12th June 2012, Brother Jalili will be installed into the chair of King Solomon and become the Worshipful Master of Lodge Southern Cross #91. The installing Master on this occasion will be the current Worshipful Master, Worshipful Brother Albert Nii Attoh-Attoh.
Every year this ceremony is performed by the Lodge to install or reinstall one of their own number into the Chair of King Solomon into order that he may lead, guide and teach the Brethren in Freemasonry. This is the highest honour that any Lodge can bestow on one of their number.
Lodge Southern Cross #91 is Brother Jalili's Mother Lodge, in which he has been a member of for over 8 years. He has earned this honour by diligently performing his duty throughout the Progressive Officer roles, mastering the ritual and actively participating in the management and community of our Lodge.
Brother Jalili takes on this role as the Lodge's growth is climbing and will be supported by a dynamic group of Brethren who look forward to the future of Freemasonry within our area.
Albert Nii Attoh-Attoh, who will be installed as Immediate Past Master on the night, has been the strength behind a very successful year. Albert is a wonderful character who is held in high regard. He continues his support of the lodge by acting as a Mentor to the New Master and joining the other Past Masters as a Guiding Light for all Freemasonry.
