  • The Entered Apprentice Degree

At our next meeting on 14th May 2013, Lodge Southern Cross will be initiating 3 candidates into our community.

The Entered Apprentice Degree is the First Degree that a man encounters when he enters into the rich symbolism of Free and Accepted Masonry. It is quite a powerful degree that is fondly remembered by all Masons as they journey through their Masonic Career.

The apron of an Entered Apprentice Mason is the plain white lambskin, and it is worn proudly by those that take in the meaning and the function of the apron within the degree.

On this Occasion, it being Past Master’s night, Lodge Southern Cross will have its more experienced hands on the work and equipment providing instruction to the candidates, and providing an opportunity for those who are learning the degrees to absorb instruction from true masters of the ritual.
